The size of it
You are not the exception. You're the majority that never said anything.
Half the men reading this have some version of it. Almost none of them have said so out loud — which is exactly why the numbers below stay this bad.

The pill problem
ED pills turn off the warning light. They don't fix the engine.
When you take a pill for ED without knowing the cause, you're paying someone to switch off the red light on your dashboard. The light was telling you something.
ED is often a blood flow problem. The blood flow problem has a cause.
Vascular disease
The arteries that serve an erection are the narrowest in the body. They fur up first, which is why this symptom arrives years before a heart problem does.
The assessment tells you which of these is most likely yours — and whether it calls for a doctor.
Pill-first companies profit whether or not the pill is right for you. Medome doesn't sell pills. Our only product is the right answer and non-pill solutions.

How it works
Four steps. No guessing at any of them.
The same sequence a good clinic would run, compressed into something you can access now — and it ends with a direction, not a prescription.
- 013 minutes
Take the clinical assessment
Built on clinically validated questions — the same instruments physicians have used for decades. Not a marketing quiz; these are the questions a urologist would ask.
Question 4 of 12 · Clinical assessmentWhen you had erections, how often were they hard enough for penetration?

Get your root-cause direction
The engine reads your answers against medical-grade logic and tells you the most likely drivers, what to do about them, whether you should see a doctor, and what to say when you do.

What to expect
Twelve weeks, described honestly.
Nobody can promise you an outcome, and anyone who does is selling something. Here is what the program actually puts in front of you, week by week.
Week 1
You know what's likely driving it.
Your assessment, your direction, and a plan built for it. Most men report relief the moment the problem stops being a mystery.
Weeks 2–6
The plan is in motion.
Sleep, activity and habit changes aimed at the drivers your answers pointed to. Coach check-ins keep you on it on the days you'd rather not be.
Week 12
You re-measure against your own baseline.
The same questions you started with, scored the same way. Either the number moved, or you have a clear next step with a doctor — prepared, informed, and no longer guessing.
These are process milestones, not promised results. Medome does not guarantee outcomes, and it is not a substitute for care from your own physician.

Why this holds up
"Medical-grade" is a claim. Here's what's under it.
Physician-led
The assessment logic, the safety triage and the escalation rules were built and signed off by clinicians, not by a growth team.
Built on clinically validated questions
The questions come from instruments validated in clinical research and used by physicians for decades — scored the same way your doctor would score them.
Private by default
Encrypted, private, and anonymous unless you choose otherwise. Nobody in your life sees anything, and your data is never sold.
No pharmaceutical partnerships. No supplement line. No commissions on anything we recommend.
We only get paid if the plan is worth keeping. That is the whole business model, and it is the reason we can tell you a pill isn't your first move.

In their words
Men who stopped guessing, in their own words.
Names shortened at their request. Every line is first person and specific about what changed, because a testimonial written in the third person is a case note.
“I'd been guessing for two years. Twenty minutes in the app and I finally knew what to ask my doctor — and what not to let him hand-wave.”
J., 41
Week 6
“I'd already bought the pills online. Nobody had ever asked me about my sleep. That turned out to be the whole thing.”
M., 47
Week 12
“The part I didn't expect: I never had to say any of it out loud to a person. It just asked, and then it had a plan.”
D., 35
Week 3
“My number went from 14 to 21 in twelve weeks. Same questionnaire, same me. That's not a feeling, it's a measurement.”
R., 52

Before you start
The questions men actually ask us.
You can delete your account and its data at any time, in one of two ways:
- In the app. Open Medome Men on iPhone, on Android, or at app.medomemen.com, and go to Settings → Delete account. Your account is deleted immediately. If you want a copy first, Settings → Export my data downloads it.
- By email. If you can't get into the app, write to service@medome.ai and ask us to delete your account. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it.
What is deleted: your account, your assessment, your program, your check-ins and your coach conversations. A subscription bought on the web is cancelled, and your customer record at Stripe is removed.
What is kept: payment records, for as long as tax, accounting and fraud-prevention law requires. Product usage and campaign events stay in our analytics, but they never contain health information and are no longer linked to any account.
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. And deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play — cancel it there as well. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
